RNA-DNA Hybrid

    User can insert the sequence of DNA strand to generate RNA-DNA hybrid duplex by choosing 'Ideal model' or 'Sequence specific model' option. To built 'Sequence specific Model', user should choose the option of either NMR or X-RAY. The orientation of the input sequence will be considered as mentioned in the left side of the box. Followed by, click 'Submit' to generate RNA-DNA hybrid duplex without any mismatch, as it is not biologically relevant. In the result page, DNA and RNA strands are shown in different colors in JSmol viewer.
