About Us

The Management Services Section at IIT Hyderabad ensures the smooth functioning of key administrative and support services across the Institute. It manages tendering and contract administration (of Services) through GeM/CPPP portals and provides effective contract administration for a wide range of services, including Manpower, Housekeeping, Biometric Attendance, Transportation, and Campus Facility Management. The section also handles RTI matters, public Grievance Redressal (CPGRAMS), and Vigilance Reporting. In addition, it coordinates campus facilities like Waste Management and Pest Control. It also undertakes responsibilities related to quarters allotment and institutional logistics, thereby contributing to overall operational efficiency.
