Rigid multimer modeling  (RMM)

Rigid multimer modeling is a method for generating K antigen multimers by keeping the inter-residue glycosidic torsion angles rigid. The user can only specify the number of required repeating units to generate the multimer. A manually optimized twist angle is used to generate a steric free model. View documentation for an example illustrating multimer generation using RMM.

For naming help, view schematic of EK3D four letter naming scheme and the EK3D naming converter.

Note that the models generated here have identical torsion angles for the repeating unit and may not represent the global minima of the molecule; these models are well-suited as good starting points for modeling studies
