Prof. Sushmee Badhulika Receives Prestigious VASVIK Industrial Research Award 2025

IIT Hyderabad congratulates Prof. Sushmee Badhulika, Department of Electrical Engineering, for receiving the prestigious VASVIK (Vividhlaxi Audyogik Samshodhan Vikas Kendra) Industrial Research Award for the year 2025 in the category of Electrical & Electronic Sciences & Technology in recognition of her contributions to Industrial research in the field of Nanoelectronics.

The award carries a cash prize of Rs 2.51 lakhs along with a citation.

The award was presented by Dr. Frank Mentrup, Mayor of Karlsruhe, Germany.
