Flexible Multimer modeling

FMM is a method of generating K antigens using virtual bond coordinate transformation matrices. Here, the user is given the flexibility to choose desired inter-repeat glycosidic torsion angles Φ and ψ. However, intra-repeat torsion angles are fixed (Kunduru et al.,2016).

Note: The models generated may not be a representative of the global minima of the molecule and the selection of torsional angles might influenze the stability of the generated molecule.
