Rigid Multimer modeling

Rigid multimer modeling (RMM) is a method for generating multimer of K antigen with fixed inter-residue glycosidic angle (Kunduru et al.,2016). Steric free models are generated with optimized twist angle to maintain   glycosidic angle of 115.
