... An In silico Diagnostic Tool
Lipopolysaccharide is an immunodominant antigen. In Enterobacteriaceae family, LPS comprises three parts (i) hydrophobic lipid A (ii) core oligosaccharide linked to lipid A and (iii) O antigen. The core polysaccharide is usually divided into inner core and outer core. The inner core is highly conserverd in Enterobactericeae family. Nine O antigens have been reported in Klebsiella spp. The structures are built by CHARMM LPS modeler (LPS Modeler).
